POP’s next FRIENDLY sparring event for women will be on Sunday December 11th. The FRIENDLY is a great opportunity to socialize with other women fighters and perhaps meet a future opponent. Its main focus is to give you the chance to spar against numerous ladies in numerous styles as some women don’t have alot of other women to train against. At a FRIENDLY you are able to spar as often or as little as you want, so for those who are traveling from out of town it is expect that you spar several different fighters and consider giving another style a go e.g if you are normally a stand up fighter why not try so ground aswell.
